Timothy J. Foley, CIC
Timothy J. Foley started in the insurance business in 1970 with the William Hyndman III Insurance Agency, Inc.
In 1983 after serving 12 years as a Producer and Account Executive at this agency, he left and started The Foley Insurance Agency.
Since its inception, The Foley Insurance Agency has grown from a small proprietorship to a mid-size regional corporation.
Tim achieved the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor in 1993. He has served as Chairman of the Harleysville Insurance
Agents Communication Council and the Harleysville Life Insurance Agents Communication Council. Tim has also served as Chairman
of the Ohio Casualty Company Agency Council and was one of the founding agencies of that council. He currently serves on the
Insurance Agents and Broker Member Agent Panel.
Tim is currently the President of The Foley Insurance Agency, Inc. Along with his administrative responsibilities, he is
responsible for the production of new lines of business at the agency along with the handling of his current book of business.

Gerard T. Foley, CIC
Gerry began his insurance career in 1977 at The William Hyndman Insurance Agency, Inc. in Rydal, Pennsylvania under the tutelage
of his father John B. Foley, Jr. The following year he attended the I.N.A. School for Agents in Philadelphia, graduating in June of
that year. With the acquisition of the Hyndman Agency by Corroon & Black of New York in 1989 Gerry acquired the experience of
working within the large corporate structure of an international Brokerage. One year later Coorron & Black merged with Willis Faber
out of London and formed Willis Corroon. Gerry continued at Willis until 1992, at which time he joined The Foley Insurance Agency.
He is currently a partner in the agency with his brother Tim, sister-in-law Meg and Daniel McGill.
In 2002 Gerry began a two-year term as the original President of Premier Insurance Network, an alliance with seven other agencies
within the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania area. This network provides additional markets for the agency client base and an increased
presence within the insurance community. In 2010 he will again take on the role of President for Premier. He also serves on the
Harleysville Insurance Company Agency Council.
Attaining his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1994 Gerry continues to attend CIC seminars annually, retaining
his designation and keeping up to date with the ever changing insurance marketplace.
Gerry has been married to his wife Carole for 30 years. They have four children - Ryan, Brett, Michael and Caitlin and one grandchild.
They reside in Upper Moreland Township and have been active within their community and church for over 28 years.

Dan McGill, CIC
Dan began his insurance career and joined The Foley Insurance Agency Inc. in January of 1988. He earned his Certified
Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1993. The CIC designation is an industry recognition requiring 20 hours of
continuing education on an annual basis. A CIC is known by his or her commitment to the future, capabilities earned
through honest endeavor and a willingness to accept a leadership role in an industry that needs and welcomes initiative.
Dan started as a personal lines producer back in 1988. He currently is one of the owners and is responsible for production
of personal, commercial and benefits business. Since Dan joined the Foley Agency the business has grown to 13 employees;
considered a mid- sized regional agency. Dan’s commitment to the servicing of his clients has been the overriding factor
to his success in the insurance industry.
He is married to Kim and has three girls ages 13, 10, 5. They reside in Warrington Township. He is active in his community,
currently coaching youth sports. In the past he has served as an elected official in Horsham Township.

Meg Foley, CISR
Meg started in the insurance industry in June 1981 working in the claims and commercial lines departments at the William
Hyndman III Insurance Agency, Inc. in Rydal, Pennsylvania.
In January 1983, she joined The Foley Insurance Agency as a personal and commercial lines Customer Service Representative.
When the agency incorporated in 1987, Meg became Vice President of the corporation.
In 1992, Meg received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
As the agency grew and additional personnel hired, Meg began devoting the majority of her time to office managerial and
accounting work, along with the handling of a small book of commercial lines accounts.
Meg is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of The Foley Insurance Agency, Inc. and continues her administrative duties
as well as the handling of commercial lines accounts.
